COMMUNITY RELATIONS POLICY

It is Kaizen Global Limited policy to develop, maintain and sustain mutually beneficial relationship with our impacted host communities in our areas of operation. We pledge to ensure sustainable relationship with our host communities such as:

• Establishing and maintaining close working relationship with the identified impacted local population to gain perspectives of their needs and aspirations.

• Utilizing constructive dialogue to develop and implement participative action plan for proactive mitigation of impacted communities by our activities.

• Encouraging peaceful co-existence, conductive work environment and promote harmony.

• Responding to formal community request in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Ensuring visible Corporate Social Responsibility programs that is both inclusive and relevant.

• Continuously assessing and resolving the social and economic impact of our business activities and ensuring the we take appropriate preventive or mitigating measures that respect local sensibilities to transparently resolve issues within the statutory provisions.
